We're a Vietnamese and Chinese restaurant in Carstairs, and we cook both because we love both. Come in, sit down, and take your time with the menu.
The Vietnamese side
Vietnamese cooking is about balance: fresh herbs, meats and just enough spice to get the taste right. You'll see it in our Phở noodle soup, our Bánh Mì subs, our Bún vermicelli bowls and our Cơm rice plates.
The Chinese side
Ginger Beef is a Canadian Chinese dish of beef, ginger and a sweet and sour sauce, and it sits right next to our dumplings and chow mein.
Bò Kho, our beef stew
If you want something slow and warming, get the Bò Kho. It's our slow braised beef stew, with tender beef in a flavourful broth.

We want you to feel looked after the way a neighbour would look after you. Some of you drive in from Airdrie, and we don't take that lightly.
